Chef Camilo J. Pagán Muñiz was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico in 1966. His interest in Puerto Rican’s Artisanal Create style cooking began at an early age. In 1990 he decided to study culinary arts under the tutelage of Chef Ivan Suarez and Master Chef Domingo Montalvo (ACF) with whom Camilo obtained most of his experience over the next 11 years. He has explored International, Puerto Rican Create, Nuvelle Cuisine,” New Latin” and “Cocina Creativa”, marrying these this culturally diverse flavors and cooking style to create fusions at his own. Camilo is currently a member of the Lighthouse Plaza Hotel & Spa’s family.  Bringing us 24 years of experience to the table, he will delight you with his exquisite creations that please the most concerning palates.
